We understand that people sometimes forget appointments or no longer need them. If you cannot attend, please cancel your appointment or let the practice know as soon as possible.

Missed appointments waste valuable doctor and nurse time and can delay care for other patients.

You can cancel by calling us on 0208 578 8255, using Systm Online, or speaking to Reception in person.

Please let us know in advance if you cannot attend so we can offer the appointment to someone else.

It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you. We work closely with Ealing Community Transport to bring patients to the surgery where possible.

Home visits are ONLY for housebound patients and for those too ill to attend the surgery. Home visits are not for those who do not have transport.

If you need a home visit please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning, before 11:00am, and give one of our receptionists details. A GP will call you back for more information and confirm whether a home visit is appropriate depending on the urgency of your needs.
