Non-urgent advice: 2025/26 Access Improvement Plan

Our practice and Primary Care Network (PCN) are focused on enhancing patient care by delivering timely and appropriate services. We aim to have 90% of calls answered within 10 minutes and respond to 90% of online consultations by the end of the next working day by Q4 2025.

We are also working to increase digital access, targeting a 10% rise in NHS App registrations per practice, with a goal of reaching at least 75%. Continuity of care for vulnerable patients is a key priority, with efforts to ensure that 2% of patients have a continuity of care flag.

Additionally, we will continue to improve patient satisfaction through annual surveys and engagement events by the end of 2025.

For non-emergency medical help, call NHS 111 — free, fast and available 24/7. A trained adviser will ask about your symptoms and guide you to the best care.

For emergencies, call 999.

If you require an urgent clinical appointment or a review, please note the following:

How to Request:
·       In Person: Visit our practice during working hours.
·       By Telephone: Call our practice directly to speak with a member of our team.

Please remember:
·       We are unable to process urgent appointment requests via email or online booking.
·       For non-urgent queries, please use our online services.

Your health is our priority.
Thank you for your cooperation!
