
Non-urgent advice: Access 25/26 – Achievements & 26/27 Plans
In 25/26, our practice and Primary Care Network (PCN) are proud to have met all of our key access targets. We successfully answered 90% of calls within 10 minutes, responded to 90% of online consultations by the end of the next working day, and achieved our goal of 75% NHS App registrations per practice. We also met our continuity of care target, ensuring that 2% of patients have a continuity of care flag in place for vulnerable patients.
Looking ahead to 26/27, we will build on these achievements by continuing to grow NHS App registrations beyond the 75% milestone, strengthening continuity of care for our most vulnerable patients, and improving patient satisfaction through annual surveys and engagement events.
